Using the service
This service lets you upload or capture a portrait and preview a selected wig using an AI model. By selecting “Try This Wig On,” you accept these Terms and Conditions and the linked User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not submit a photo or use the generation feature.
Eligibility and permission
You must be at least 18, or have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law. Use your own photo, or a photo of someone who has expressly authorized this use. You must have permission to use every image you submit. Do not submit sensitive documents or images containing people who have not consented.
AI results and limitations
Results are generated by an AI model and may contain errors, artifacts, unrealistic details, or unexpected changes. The model may lightly brighten the face and apply subtle natural-looking makeup. A preview is an illustration, not a guarantee of fit, hairline, color, texture, length, product availability, or the appearance of a purchased wig. It is not medical, cosmetic, or professional advice. Confirm product details and suitability with the merchant before purchasing.
Photos and processing
Photo quality and framing checks run in your browser. Detector software and model files may load from third-party content services. When you request a try-on, your portrait and the selected wig reference are sent through the service to a third-party AI processing provider. This application does not persist your photo or generated image in its own storage. Images remain in the current browser session and are replaced or cleared as you use or leave the page. Processing providers and hosting services may process or retain information under their own policies; this statement does not promise that they retain nothing. Avoid uploading information you do not want processed for this purpose.
Limited permission to process images
You retain any rights you hold in your submitted photos. You grant a limited, nonexclusive permission to transmit, process, and display those photos only as needed to operate the requested try-on. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising or training by this application. Rights in generated outputs depend on applicable law and third-party rights; no exclusive ownership or copyright protection is guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate others, upload nonconsensual or exploitative content, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, attempt to extract secrets, bypass access controls or usage limits, disrupt the service, or use automated requests to abuse processing resources. Access or requests may be restricted for misuse, security, or operational reasons.
Availability, estimates, and changes
Generation may fail or be delayed. Countdown times are estimates and are not delivery commitments. Features, catalogs, usage limits, and these terms may change. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date and apply prospectively; material changes requiring renewed consent will be presented before further processing. You may stop using the service at any time.
Merchants, products, and payments
The current catalog contains sample products. This try-on service does not itself complete a purchase. Merchant sales, appointments, refunds, and product warranties are governed by the merchant’s separate terms. Any future paid service will display its price and payment terms before a charge; these terms do not authorize undisclosed charges.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, suitability, or particular results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether to rely on them. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability and third-party claims
To the extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on an AI preview. You remain responsible for unlawful uploads and violations of others’ rights. Any liability, remedy, or reimbursement obligation remains subject to applicable law; no provision waives rights that cannot be waived.
Questions, disputes, and applicable law
For questions, rights requests, complaints, or help with the service, contact the merchant or service operator through the contact channel provided with the service. Applicable mandatory laws and consumer rights in your location continue to apply. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove access to lawful remedies.
Related agreement
Read the User Agreement for the specific permissions and acknowledgments that apply when you submit a photo. Together these documents govern your use. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
